Let's be realistic. We know that on average only 30% of information presented in workshops is retained. So we better make sure, these "seeds" are properly planted. 

 

Our workshops provide a lively mix of experiences, background information, stories, discussions and reflections. We stimulate different senses and learning styles to train human / well-being skills and make them stick. This starts the process of positively impacting work, team and life of our participants. Online material help to help keep those seeds grow.
